Your inspection will include the full InterNACHI Standards of Practice. You are welcome to be there for the inspection but you do not need to be. The report you get back will be rich in photos and information, organized in an easy to understand format. The value I strive to deliver each client goes beyond the inspection and report- I'm happy to chat with clients and their agents whenever I can be helpful.

Buyers: Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector should be able to discover and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs, to severe damage or ongoing leaks, etc. Home buyers often use the inspection reports to negotiate any repairs that should be done by the seller prior to closing. Additionally, many mortgage companies require a home inspection on a property before approving the home loan.

Sellers: If you are aware of your home's defects prior to selling the home, you can be more prepared to make any necessary repairs, potentially increasing the market value. You can also stay ahead of any surprises that come up during the stressful selling process and be more prepared for any negotiating you need to do with the buyers.

I approach every inspection with confidence and humility and do my best to give you the fullest possible understanding of the property.

I have taken the industry's best reporting software and customized it to present information in an even more logical way. You can browse your report at the summary level and dive into the details of each section, where you can view annotated photos, detailed descriptions of what I found and see possible next steps you might take to address any problems with the home.
