Stop water damage sooner.
Many active water leaks cannot be seen with the naked eye. Thermal imaging often allows me to spot a plumbing or weather-related leak before it causes greater, more expensive damage.
Infrared cameras also reveal when electrical circuits, receptacles and/or fixtures are overheating. These problems could result in a fire if left unfixed.
Areas of poor insulation can make your home uncomfortable during hot and cold seasons. Thermal imaging can find these areas so you can fix the problem and enjoy your home more.

As I move through my inspection, I use my infrared camera to scan for differences in temperature that could reveal a problem you need to be aware of.
If the camera spots what appears to be moisture, I use a moisture meter to confirm whether it's actually a problem.
I will include any relevant photos I capture with the infrared camera in your inspection report, along with a description of what I found and possible next steps you can take.
